Valentine's Day Flowers

For Valentine's Day Steve got me the most beautiful Tulips. Tulips are one of my most favorite flowers. They lasted for a little over a week and I loved every minute of it. What a great husband I have.

Austin's Skateboarding

On our visit to the park with Grandma on Valentines Day Austin brought his skateboard and was trying to do jumps in the air and riding around. He is actually getting pretty good at some tricks and he went down a very sloped hill and almost gave grandma and I a heartattach but he did it and did not fall down. It is really amazing to me how good he is getting at skateboarding and I can't believe how he is growing up so fast right before our eyes.

A Day at the Park with Grandma

Grandma came for the weekend and we took her to one of our favorite parks called Wildwood Park. We had McDonalds, played on the play equipment, and went for a walk. Unfortunately we had to go a little earlier than planned because someone did not clean up after their dog and Blaize managed to step into a pile and make a mess all over him and grandma. It was a little cold out but we had a good time. It was also Valentines day so it made it all the more special that Grandma was their to spend it with us.

Savannah's Kindergarten Valentine Program

Savannah had a Valentine Program for Kindergarten. They learned a lot of really fun songs to sing. The stage was decorated with lots of hearts and with paper people that they each made to represent themselves. Savannah's person is wearing a red dress and has blonde hair just like her as you can see. During one of their songs they sang about a Valentine that they made only for you which was a valentine they made for their parents and after the song they got to bring it down and give it to the parents. Their were lots of songs with hand actions that were just so cute. It was a lovely evening and a lot of fun to see.

I made a pinata for the first time and I was pretty happy with the result. Also I found and idea for a Kiss the Frog Prince game similar to pin the tail on the Donkey but you have the girls put lipstick on and try and kiss the frog on the lips. It was a lot of fun watching the girls they giggled and giggled the whole time. We had lots of fun. Sariyah has made some really great friends here and was so excited to get to have a party with them. Lots of fun!

My rising Star!

My little man is becoming quite the singer. He loves to kareoke with the girls. For Sariyah's birthday we bought High School Musical sing star for the PS3 game system which lets you sing to the songs from the movie with the singers on the microphone and see them on TV. Blaize probably had the most fun with the singing!
